Who we are

What we collect

When you fill in a form: first name, company, work email, company website, the process you chose, your message and whether you want to receive updates. When you use the brand preview tool: the website address you enter.

Why

To answer your request and build your free template (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps). To send you updates only if you ticked the box (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Brand preview tool

The tool fetches the public homepage and stylesheets of the website you enter to read logo, colours and font. The result is cached for up to 24 hours to keep the tool fast. We do not store it with your identity unless you also submit a form.

Processors

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores form submissions and sends emails. Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the Turnstile spam check.

How long

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your request and follow up, and at most 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, via info@xylosure.com. You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. The brand preview stores your chosen colours in your own browser (local storage) so other pages can show your documents.
